If you Google me, you will see NJ Real Estate Report's lies about me--lies that I quietly sold my house in Glen Rock, NJ, while--in my newspaper column--urging people to buy houses.

These lies were issued by James Bednar. He is not only a liar; he is a moron. He lives somewhere in Northern New Jersey.

I wrote lots of articles about my selling my house. My kids had moved out; I didn't need four bedrooms. Kiplinger's, in fact, ran a whole page about my selling my house.

I NEVER urged anyone to buy a house. I quoted people who did; I also quoted a professor who said, don't buy a house now unless you plan to live there for many years.

So, I want to make it clear: James Bednar is an unabashed liar.
